Recipe: Beef Meat Balls
Bring the taste of Italy to your table with the mince from your meat box…
Beef Meat Balls:
– 250g beef mince
– 1 egg
– 1 onion
– 2 tbs flour
– Salt and pepper
– Oil
To make a lighter meat ball, add 1 egg, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 tbs of flour sprinkled over the mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Shape into meat balls and fry gently in oil until cooked through.
